Aug 29 Party Perfect Meat & Cheese Board

We love summertime around here and especially warm nights entertaining in the backyard. It's been one of my favorite things since moving into our house that we have an outdoor space to have friends over and enjoy good food together. One dish I always love putting together for any gathering is a cheese board because there are so many different toppings you can add and lots of ways to make it fun. I start by putting my meat on the tray because that is one of the most important ingredients and you want to make sure you have enough room for it all. We've loved getting to try so many delicious flavors from Columbus Meats and I love that they only use the highest quality of ingredients in their salami to ensure you are getting the best product possible. Next I add in my different cheeses to the tray followed by any crackers or bread you want. Then I fill in every last inch with lots of yummy fruit and nuts to make it nice and full and a little something for everyone to munch on. It is a perfect appetizer served with some drinks to get the party started. We also made some homemade herb butter to serve with the meat on the baguettes and it was to die for. We could not get enough of it. So when you are looking for something to bring to all of your parties coming up this fall or just for entertaining friends at your house, try putting together this meat and cheese board and I think you will have a crowd favorite.
