I've been trying to soak up these last few weeks with just me and the kids in the middle of getting ready for this baby to come because I know that things are definitely about to change. Every time I get some one-on-one with each of them I think "oh this could be the last time I get to do this with just you!" because I will have a little babe strapped to me most of the time. We had a few amazing beach days before it started getting really cold here and these two were playing so cute together. Anytime I see them being the best little friends it just makes my mama heart want to burst because there's nothing better than seeing your kids become close friends and look out for one another like you hope they always will. It also makes me so excited to bring another sibling into the family because I feel like he'll be the luckiest little boy to get these two to look out for him and love him. As a mom you have all of these thoughts in your head like How will this new baby fit in with our family?? What will his personality be like?? Will they be close friends with each other?? Will Capri be ok with two brothers?? Will Liam be ok as the middle child?? And how can I give them each all of the attention they need?? But I know that the best gift I can give them is each other because there is nothing like that sibling bond and having the unconditional love of family there for you at all times. I'm excited for the new adventures we'll have together and for the fun beach days ahead this summer.
