All the Best Places in LA for Kids
Now that summer is in full swing over here I wanted to post a list of all the fun things to do in LA with your kids because I get asked this question a lot - whether from friends who are visiting on vacation or people that are just moving to the area. All of these places are ones that I have taken my kids to and we had a great time exploring something new. I have linked all of the websites below so you can get more detailed information about each one and find out discount tickets or days where kids are free etc. There are some other things I left off the list like the Getty Museum and Getty Villas in Malibu because they weren’t my kids favorite and the Noah’s Ark at Skirball Cultural Center is also amazing but a little further outside of LA. I really tried to include things that are in the area but also would make a great day trip from the South Bay because there are other fun places close by that you could eat or hang out and make a day of it. I hope this list helps you get out this summer and see something new or even try a new beach one day with your kids. Some of our favorite memories with our kids are getting açaí bowls to eat at the beach then riding bikes along the strand and enjoying the beautiful ocean views. I also have an older blogpost about the best beaches in LA here and some other kid favorites here.
