This salad is a staple in our home and with our new years goals of eating healthier, this is the perfect dinner to make any night. It's so easy to have everything on hand and if you're like me, then you agree that the more toppings on a salad the better. I have gotten lots of requests for this recipe every time I bring it to parties, so I hope you enjoy it as much as us.

sliced avocado
hard-boiled eggs
diced red onion
crispy bacon
crumbled blu cheese
candied pecans

6 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed [it really makes a difference]
