Aloha! I just got home from a ten day trip to Oahu with my family and even though we had the best time, it was hard being away from Adam for that long. Plus it's hard work traveling alone with a little one, so I definitely have a great appreciation for all those moms out there who handle everything alone all the time and make it look so easy. Luckily Capri is a beach baby and loves the water so much that it makes it so fun being at the beach with her. There is so much to see and do on Oahu that I put together my favorites to add to our travel guides. We stayed in Honolulu, right by Waikiki and the difference I think about this island compared to the others, is that you have a big city feel in the midst of a tropical beach paradise so you kind of get a taste of both worlds. A beautiful place to stay is at the Kahala Hotel & Resort or the Hilton Hawaiian Village [plus they have fireworks every Friday night!]
