Life gets so busy sometimes with so many to-do lists and a million things going on each day that we forget to actually sit back, relax, and enjoy ourselves. I feel pretty lucky that we live right by the beach because it is such a sanctuary for me. Even though my relaxing laying out days are few with a little toddler throwing sand on me, when I can get a quiet moment in the morning while running or going for a walk along the beach path it's so refreshing.
