Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
It isn't officially fall until you've baked at least one pumpkin treat, so today I have a really easy pumpkin cookie recipe that I'm sure you'll love! And the best part is that they only have 5 ingredients so you can whip these up before dinner time and have dessert all ready without too much work. It's hard to say if I like these or my pumpkin chocolate chip bread more, but one thing is for sure - I can't stop eating them once I start! So you've been warned, they're addicting.

1 package spice cake mix
1 package chocolate chips [I like Ghirardelli large milk chocolate chips]
1 egg
1 [15 oz] can of pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
| DIRECTIONS |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all of the ingredients together well. Grease cookie sheet or line it with parchment paper. Drop the dough by teaspoonfuls on sheet. Bake cookies 10-12 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 dozen. Great low fat cookies;)
