Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles
It's been on our summer list to make homemade popsicles and I finally got around to doing it this week! I grabbed these popsicles molds that are on sale and found an easy recipe for all the strawberries that we had in our fridge. I love this recipe because it's only four simple ingredients blended up and then you're done and Capri loves them! So it's a win win and I hope you like it! I can't wait to try lots of other kinds. What's your favorite flavor of homemade popsicles?
makes about 10 popsicles
| INGREDIENTS |
2 1/2 cups strawberries, hulled & chopped
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
| DIRECTIONS |
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth.
Divide the mixture between popsicle molds. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours, until the popsicles are completely frozen.
To remove the popsicles, run the molds under hot water for a few seconds.
