Favorite Gear for your Home Gym
Happy Friday everyone!! I can’t believe that February is almost over and we are getting into the third month of the year which means we should be well into our new years resolutions right?! I have been working on getting back into shape since having my baby boy last year so I’m sure you’ve noticed all of the fitness posts lately on my Instagram. And even though I love making it to a great class or working out at the gym, sometimes I only have time to fit it in while I’m at home with sleeping babies so a home gym has become the most convenient place for me. I love getting in my legs, arms, and abs from home so to help all of you who are in the same boat as me, I have gathered up all of my favorite gear that you can turn any room of your home into a little home gym. I have also linked my new favorite workout clothes that you all loved from my instastories because they are exact Lululemon dupes! But for a third of the price. I just got the white tank below in the mail and it is so soft I’ve been loving it. I will share some quick at home workouts that you can do using some free weights and a resistance band or stability ball so look for those. | HOW TO CREATE A HOME GYM |
-start with some good flooring that gives you a little padding to jump on
-put a mirror on one of the walls to help with your form
-add a bench or step with weights next it that are easy to get to
-have a place for your foam roller, yoga mat, resistance bands, jump rope, or any other gear you use
-use a bluetooth speaker or headphones to play music or workouts that motivate you
