Warner Gateway Model Home Design

These past few weeks have been a whirlwind with lots going on and one trip after another, so it's really great to be back home and catching up on everything.  I have been working on this design project since this past summer and I'm excited to finally share it with you.  If you follow me on Instagram @chelseyhale, then you saw lots of sneak peeks from my recent trip to St George, UT and the homes I just finished designing there in the new Warner Gateway development!  It was such a crazy week with lots of late nights and early mornings getting this home all pretty and it feels so good to have the project complete.  I wanted this home to have a fresh feel with lots of whites and neutral linens, but also bring in different texture and pops of color in the pillows and other decor.  I think it has a very vintage traditional look with all of the updated classics and pretty feminine touches throughout the design.  The tile wood floors turned out really nice next to all of the light trim and the marble hexagon tile in the guest bath is about my favorite thing.  I also have one of my favorite wallpapers in the powder bath and some beautiful painted shiplap in the laundry room that I will get photos of soon.
